Green Power

Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe

February, 2021

Inflammation is the immune system’s response to illness or injury. Stressful external factors could cause inflammation. Traumatic events, chronic work stress, poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle are some of the factors which lead to chronic inflammation.

This low-level chronic inflammation makes us more susceptible to diseases including depression, type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.
