Question 1

What is PAAR London?

Accepted Answer

PAAR London is a longevity and wellness health testing company founded in 2018 by Ayse Kocak, an alternative medicine doctor. Based in Mayfair, London, PAAR offers personalised longevity programmes that combine advanced health diagnostics — including biological age testing, gut microbiome analysis, and comprehensive blood panels — with expert consultations and tailored supplement plans. PAAR's mission is to help clients live longer, healthier, and happier lives through preventive, science-backed health optimisation.

Question 2

What services does PAAR London offer?

Accepted Answer

PAAR London offers four core service areas: (1) Longevity Programmes — tiered packages ranging from the Discovery Programme (from £999) to the Ultimate Longevity Programme (from £5,400), each including varying levels of health diagnostics and expert consultations; (2) Advanced Health Diagnostics — comprehensive blood testing, gut microbiome analysis, hormone profiling, food sensitivity testing, biological age assessment, and epigenetic testing; (3) Personalised Supplements — science-backed supplement plans tailored to your test results; and (4) Expert Consultations — one-on-one sessions with longevity doctors, nutritionists, and health coaches. Services are available in-person at their Mayfair clinic or remotely for international clients.

Question 3

How much do longevity programmes cost at PAAR London?

Accepted Answer

PAAR London's longevity programmes are tiered to suit different needs and budgets. The Discovery Programme starts from £999 and provides a comprehensive entry-level longevity assessment with blood testing and a personalised health report. The Core Longevity and Advanced Longevity programmes offer progressively deeper diagnostics, including gut health and hormone analysis. The Ultimate Longevity Programme, PAAR's most comprehensive offering, starts from £5,400 and includes the full suite of advanced diagnostics, epigenetic biological age testing, genetic analysis, and a year-long personalised health optimisation plan with ongoing expert support. Individual diagnostic tests and consultations are also available separately.

Question 4

What health tests does PAAR London offer?

Accepted Answer

PAAR London offers an extensive range of advanced health diagnostics. These include comprehensive blood panels covering over 50 biomarkers, biological age testing using epigenetic (DNA methylation) analysis, gut microbiome testing to assess digestive health and microbial diversity, hormone profiling for thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones, food sensitivity and intolerance testing, genetic testing for health predispositions, cardiovascular risk assessments, and nutrient deficiency panels. All test results are reviewed by PAAR's medical experts who provide personalised, actionable recommendations based on the findings.

Question 5

How does PAAR London's approach differ from regular health clinics?

Accepted Answer

PAAR London takes a preventive, longevity-focused approach rather than the reactive model used by most health clinics. While traditional clinics treat symptoms after they appear, PAAR identifies health risks and optimisation opportunities before problems develop. PAAR's programmes combine multiple advanced diagnostics into a holistic view of your health — covering everything from blood biomarkers and gut health to biological age and epigenetics — rather than testing one thing at a time. Each client receives a personalised health plan developed by a multidisciplinary team of longevity doctors, nutritionists, and health coaches, with ongoing support to track progress and refine recommendations over time.

Question 6

Can I use PAAR London's services remotely or internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, PAAR London offers remote and international services. Many of PAAR's health tests use at-home testing kits that can be shipped to clients across the UK and internationally. Results are reviewed remotely by PAAR's medical team, and consultations are conducted via video call. For clients who prefer in-person service, PAAR's consultation clinic is located at 58 South Molton Street in Mayfair, London (W1K 5SL). International clients often combine remote testing with an in-person visit to London for their initial consultation or more complex diagnostic procedures.

Question 7

What is a biological age test and does PAAR offer it?

Accepted Answer

A biological age test measures how old your body is at a cellular level, which can differ significantly from your chronological age. PAAR London offers biological age testing as part of their longevity programmes, using epigenetic analysis that examines DNA methylation patterns — chemical modifications to your DNA that change with age, lifestyle, and environmental factors. This scientifically validated method provides a precise measure of cellular ageing. PAAR's biological age test is included in the Advanced and Ultimate Longevity Programmes and can also be ordered as a standalone diagnostic.

Question 8

Who are the experts at PAAR London?

Accepted Answer

PAAR London was founded by Ayse Kocak, an alternative medicine doctor with extensive experience in longevity and preventive health. The PAAR team includes longevity-focused medical doctors, registered nutritionists, and health coaches who collaborate to provide each client with a multidisciplinary approach to health optimisation. All practitioners are qualified professionals with expertise in preventive medicine, functional health, and evidence-based longevity science.

Question 9

Does PAAR London offer gut health testing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, PAAR London offers comprehensive gut health and microbiome testing as part of their health diagnostics. The gut microbiome test analyses the composition and diversity of bacteria in your digestive system, identifying imbalances that can affect digestion, immunity, mental health, and overall longevity. Gut health testing is included in the Core Longevity, Advanced Longevity, and Ultimate Longevity programmes, and is also available as a standalone test.
