The confirmation of a PAAR appointment implies the acceptance of the following general rules and conditions:

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After receiving the confirmation of your appointment, you shall pay for 50% of the total amount corresponding to your PAAR program by credit card or by bank transfer 24 hours prior to your PAAR Discovery Day appointment date and time. 

​

The remaining 50% of the total amount should be paid 7 days prior to your PAAR Plan Day appointment date and time. 

​

Forms of payment accepted are: bank transfer to the account provided by PAAR London Ltd., PayPal and authorized credit card. The term cash will be understood as paper money and legal currency in the UK. Card payments will be made in the guest’s own national currency unless expressly indicated otherwise, in which case payment will be charged in pounds.

For the calculation of the amounts indicated, the amounts of all transactions or payments that may have been split for the delivery of goods or services will be added.

​

The payment for PAAR services should be done with your personal funds, any third-party payers will not pay for or reimburse you for these costs. PAAR London will not submit any information provided by you for reimbursement or payment from private insurance carriers, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payers.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

​

In case of cancellation of your PAAR Discovery Day, the penalties indicated below will apply, according to the moment of notification:

​

• Any PAAR service or program appointment cancelled at least 21 days prior to the appointment day will be fully refunded, except for the 5% corresponding to the administrative expenses of the deposit charged.

• Any PAAR service or program appointment cancelled from 14 to 7 days prior to the appointment day will have a penalty of 80% of the 1stinstalment of total service charge. 

• Any PAAR service or program appointment cancelled 4 days to the prior to the appointment day or if the client never appears, there will have a penalty of 100% of the 1stinstalment of total service charge. 

• In case of cancellation of any PAAR program after the completion of PAAR Discovery Day, there will be no refund and 100% of the total program amount will be charged.

This website, www.paar.london, is owned and operated by PAAR London Ltd. and all the content and the services, and any intellectual property and other rights relating thereto are and will remain with PAAR, its partners, and suppliers, as applicable. You may not use any content obtained from our website in any other manner or for any other purpose without the prior written permission of PAAR London Ltd. All rights not expressly granted herein are expressly reserved to PAAR London Ltd., its partners and suppliers. By using our website or any services, you agree not to remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice contained in or on the content, website or any services, or “frame” or “mirror” any part of our website without prior written consent from Paar London Ltd. 

 

We do not claim any ownership rights in the testing samples, the testing results and/or the biomarker information during PAAR programs. Any genetic or other biomarker information derived from samples, results and/or appears in the reports continues to belong to the person from whom the genetic or other biomarker information was collected, subject only to the rights granted to PAAR London Ltd. in this Agreement. In addition, you understand that by providing samples and/or results to us, you acquire no rights in any research or commercial products that may be developed by us that may relate to your genetics or other biomarker information.
