Her journey to becoming a nutritionist started 20 years ago and was sparked by her incredible 3-stone weight loss without following any specific diet. She became fascinated by all aspects of nutrition: how it affects our appetite, satiety, energy level, mood, and helps combat a range of illnesses and diseases.
After graduation, Erica started her professional life in healthcare/pharmacy business managing prescription medicine and providing health and wellbeing/nutrition advice to patients, ran workshops and wrote articles about nutrition for online publications.
Erica does not believe in diets, as dieting, by definition, is a temporary food plan, it will not work in the long term and can cause nothing but confusion and frustration. She believes that the only way to lose weight, keep it off and stay healthy is to transform our relationship with food.
The word diet comes from Greek diaita which means “a way of living or lifestyle”, so putting weight loss at the centre of changing health is like fighting a losing battle.
She truly believes that healthy eating is about helping a person to find his/her own unique way of getting back in touch with natural body signals. It is about going back to basics and eating simple, fresh, real, colourful and varied foods, mainly based on fresh vegetables and fruit, healthy fats and proteins.

Gareth first developed an interest in nutritional therapy when a change in dietary habits helped him overcome a serious personal health challenge at the age of 21. Now 55 and after fourteen years of practice as a nutritional therapist, Gareth helps people to understand the root causes of health challenges and how these can be reversed through increasing alkalinity and de-toxification.
In addition to seven years of nutritional study at ION and the University of Westminster, Gareth has been positively influenced by the work of and a visit to the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida and worked closely with Britain’s leading organic food pioneer, Daphne Lambert of the Greencuisine Trust.
Gareth uses a combination of living food based, patient centred approaches and live and dry blood analysis. He has helped patients to reverse the progress of type 2 diabetes, normalise blood pressure and bowel habits, regain skin and reproductive organ health and stop migraines. He has also given valued nutritional advice to people facing a full spectrum of other health challenges.
Gareth wrote a weekly nutrition column in the Daily Star for several years and has provided corporate nutritional advice to several UK businesses. Gareth is an active sportsman and has won four national championship titles. He also advised UK Olympic sailor and coach to the 2008 gold medal winning women’s team, Paul Brotherton, on nutritional strategy. After graduating from Hacettepe University Medical School in Ankara, Turkey in 1994, she started her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in Kocaeli University Medical School.
She has been an Ob&Gyn consultant for almost 25 years. Until 2020 when she moved to the UK, she had worked in different private hospitals in Istanbul, with a special interest in birthing. She always had a belief that good health starts with a healthy birth, where individuals experience good practices like breathing, relaxation techniques, good communication from the carers and so on.
She has had her medical registration in the UK, since August 2021 and practicing Ob&Gyn both in the UK and Turkey.
She strongly believes that the faith of duration of life is strongly dependant on genetics but can be switched by food, toxins, daily life habits, stress management and bodily activities. The constituents of health and also duration of life can be changed (so improved) by daily but long term practices arranged according to the individual needs which are defined by environmental factors on top of genetic heritage.

Ameet qualified as Postural Alignment Specialist from the Egoscue Institute. In his own words:
“I’ve found that most people want to improve their posture because they’re either in pain, they’re unhappy
with how they look, or they want to keep their bodies working well as they age - or sometimes all three!"
As a Postural Alignment Specialist, Ameet thinks that the biggest mistake people make when trying to improve their posture is believing that they have to learn how to sit, stand and walk correctly. They think it’s all about consciously trying to force their body into a better position. Ameet says that his clients are often surprised when he tells them that this is absolutely not what having good posture is about.
A much better approach is to improve the balance of our muscles from left to right, and from front to back, because it’s the balance of these muscles that determines our body's alignment.
Ameet gives his clients gentle posture correction exercises to do daily, which stretch and strengthen certain parts of the body and get his clients into better alignment without even having to think about it. His aim is to help his clients to end their current pain, feel more confident about the way they look, and reduce their risk of future pain and injuries.

Postural alignment has been a passion of Caroline’s since competing for many years in the equestrian world, giving her an amazing eye for irregularities in the human body as well as her four-legged friends. She uses gentle corrective exercises to bring the body back into the human blueprint.
Having trained with the Egoscue Method nearly ten years ago, Caroline has been working with clients all over the world running ten classes a week online as well as one-to-one classes in Devon, UK.
As a Postural Alignment Specialist, Caroline reveals that the body works as a unit and has the most amazing ability to heal itself given the right conditions. Caroline adds however, that she can only advise her clients what exercises to do – the hard work is down to them and her bespoke exercise routine needs to become habit forming. The most remarkable factor, even after the initial assessment, is that her clients feel the difference in their bodies immediately. Part of the journey for both Caroline and her clients is to capture before and after photos, thereby highlighting what needs to improve with their posture – seeing a client walk and their gait is such an important part of the process. After a few exercises, the difference becomes abundantly clear.
Caroline believes a lightness and humour should be part of the Postural Alignment experience and is dedicated to formulating assessments that are both enjoyable and inspirational to all.

Anthony has been the owner and founder of Breathe Fitness since it started in 2006 and has worked as a Personal Trainer for over 15 years. During this time he has trained many people ranging from students to celebrities. He has a degree in Sports Science with Fitness through the University of Greenwich at Medway giving him extensive knowledge of many aspects of the human body.
What makes him unique is how he brings together his knowledge across Sports Nutrition, Movement Science and Injury, Psychology, Biomechanics, Control and Disorders of Movement, Anatomy and Physiology to help his clients.
Anthony specialises in core stability, which works on trimming and strengthening the waist. A strong core is crucial for posture and general strength across the body. He also specialises in TRX trainer as a certified trainer in the UK.
He also has a passion for psychology working with clients on why they have certain habits and help them change their way of thinking. His career has taken him around the world, training clients in Europe and as far afield as South America. Aleksei started his career in holistic work in 2012 as an assistant organiser of Yoga retreats, events and pampering days.

During his trip to India in 2015 he learned his first Energy healing practise - Aura and Chakras Scanning.
The same year he went to Thailand to study Chi Nei Tsang massage - ancient Taoists practice that allows to release negative emotional toxins by the means of abdominal massage. After completing the course he opened his massage practise in London.
In 2017 he completed Reiki healing course which is widely recognised in modern medicine as complimentary therapy for all diseases and diagnoses and has no side effects.
Aleksei combined the knowledge from different studies and created his unique Energy healing therapy. Unfortunately the nutrition industry is overloaded with information, and she makes it her mission job to help simply everything to all her clients. She specialises in the areas of weight management, IBS, low energy, thyroid issues, immunity and sleep.

Lee Craig is a Level 3 certified personal trainer, movement and posture expert. He takes a holistic approach to training, looking at the client as a whole.
He works primarily with movement based callisthenics and foundation work which utilizes the body’s natural structures. This techniques focus on posture alignment and injury prevention.
Having worked as an international male model all over the world Lee became disillusioned with over body conscious appearance based gym routines. This was the starting point of a journey to understand the power of moment and posture utilizing the body’s own weight. Lee found not only was it a powerful tool to build strong condition but also left both himself and his clients with a healthier approach to strength and body.
A lot of gym routines can have a detrimental effect on joints and specific muscles groups. Lee seeks to treat the body kindly strengthening the body as a whole.

Anara Karaca is MD, who completed her training as a specialist in Endocrinology in Ankara Training hospital, Ankara, Turkey. Further, she spent a year doing research in Endocrine unit of the Massachusetts General hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. In September 2018 she moved to the UK and currently is busy with exams for the membership for Royal College of Physicians to start practicing as MD in the UK.
She is fascinated by the “mind” of the body, which maintains the balance of millions chemical reactions, helping a particular hormone response to the particular human’s action at that very moment. And it usually happens unaware of human.
Thus, she spent a year investigating rare endocrine related genetic diseases at the molecular level, observing that each molecule has a specific role. And when this role is abrupted, it may lead to various disfunctions in the body.
For example, disorders of hormonal origin start to show up with symptoms and findings like fatigue, weight gain, depression, changes in eating habits, sexual disturbances, inability to conceive.

Belma started off her career as a dentist in 1981. After working as a dentist for numerous years, she personally experienced certain health issues (mainly back pains, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue) which were difficult to resolve through traditional medicine. She attended various seminars, workshops and trainings and her interest grew further each time as her energy levels started increasing and she gained a new perspective in life. Following a three year diploma in naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), and graduating in 2016, Francesca set up her own successful nutrition practice.
